Vinyl Floor is cheap, durable but hard to maintain its beauty. You will need to re-wax the flooring after 2 - 3 years (depends on traffic).

1st: All the furniture landed on vinyl floor must be removed or lifted up, during the progress it is straightly no traffic movement before the job is done.
2nd: Removing old wax with buffering machine. Polishing the "naked" vinyl floor with rotating machine to make sure all the stain & dirt will be removed.
3rd: Clean up the residue and apply 2 coats of SC Johnson High Glossy Wax.
4th: Finally the floor will need another 4 hours to dry up before usage.
